Privacy Policy for Numbrella
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Numbrella ("the app") is developed and published by Uber Dad Jokes LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using Numbrella, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary
Numbrella is a number-puzzle game. You do not need to create an account or sign in to play. We collect only a limited amount of information, primarily to display ads and to operate the optional online leaderboard.
Information We Collect
Advertising data. Numbrella displays interstitial ads between games using Google AdMob. To serve these ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect and process device information such as a mobile advertising identifier, IP address, general device characteristics, and app-interaction data. This processing is performed by Google in accordance with Google's own policies. See "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Leaderboard information. If you choose to submit a score to the online leaderboard, we collect the optional display name you enter along with your game results (such as difficulty level, completion time, and number of mistakes). Providing a display name is optional, and you can play the entire game without submitting to the leaderboard. Please do not enter personal information as your display name, as leaderboard names are visible to other players.
Information we do not collect. We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to display advertising, to operate and display the optional leaderboard, and to keep the app functioning and secure.
Tracking
Numbrella does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and ads are served on a non-personalized basis by default. If we introduce personalized advertising in the future, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt first, and you can decline.
Service Providers
We rely on the following third parties to operate the app. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob — advertising. https://policies.google.com/privacy
Supabase — hosting the online leaderboard. https://supabase.com/privacy
Children's Privacy
Numbrella is rated 4+ and suitable for general audiences, but it is not directed specifically to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising content is configured to be appropriate for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention
Leaderboard entries are retained to display rankings. You may request removal of a leaderboard entry by contacting us at the email below.
Your Choices
You can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device settings (Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, and Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising). You can avoid submitting any information to the leaderboard by simply not entering a display name.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
